The JUCKER HAWAII MAKAHA KAHA longboard is the particularly stable and stiff version of our popular MAKAHA family. It features the same iconic Tiki design and high-quality bamboo appearance as the classic MAKAHA, but has been specially developed for heavier riders and anyone who prefers a firm and direct deck.

Stiffer flex thanks to eight layers of wood

The deck of the MAKAHA KAHA consists of a total of eight layers of wood, giving it one more layer than the classic MAKAHA. Thanks to this reinforced construction, the deck is significantly harder, stiffer and more stable.

The longboard can support riders weighing up to 110 kg and is therefore particularly suitable for heavier riders. At the same time, it is the right choice for anyone who prefers less flex and a particularly direct riding experience when cruising and carving.

Natural bamboo deck with iconic Tiki design

The outer bamboo layers give the MAKAHA KAHA its natural and high-quality appearance. As bamboo is a natural material, every deck has its own individual grain and is therefore truly unique.

The underside features the characteristic Polynesian Tiki design of the MAKAHA family. The JUCKER HAWAII logo is laser-engraved directly into the bamboo deck beneath the sandblasted, transparent griptape. This keeps the natural wood surface visible while also providing a secure grip.

Black trucks and green wheels

The matte black trucks respond precisely and provide stable, controlled and agile handling. They emphasize the distinctive look of the board and perfectly complement the natural bamboo deck.

As a special distinguishing feature, the MAKAHA KAHA is equipped with green JUCKER HAWAII wheels. This makes it easy to distinguish from the other models in the MAKAHA family at first glance.

The soft 78A wheels provide good grip and roll smoothly and comfortably over both normal and slightly rougher asphalt. Smooth-running JUCKER HAWAII ABEC-9 bearings also ensure a high level of smoothness and a comfortable riding experience.

A piece of Hawaiian surf culture

The MAKAHA KAHA is named after the world-famous surf spot on the west coast of Oʻahu. The artistic Tiki design represents the original spirit of Hawaiian surf and board sports culture.
