The JUCKER HAWAII MAKAHA longboard has been one of our most popular models for many years. Its high-quality bamboo deck, iconic Tiki design and original look make it a true classic and one of JUCKER HAWAII’s best-selling longboards.

Newly developed: even more comfortable flex thanks to fiberglass

For the new model, we have further developed the proven construction of the MAKAHA and additionally reinforced the deck with a layer of fiberglass. This provides an even more consistent and comfortable flex and permanently stabilizes the deck.

As a result, the board retains its lively, comfortable riding characteristics while also being more dimensionally stable and less prone to warping over time. A high-quality development of our longboard classic that you can feel on every ride.

High-quality bamboo deck – every board is unique

The outer bamboo layers give the MAKAHA its natural, high-quality appearance and make every deck unique. The core made of five layers of Canadian maple, together with the additional fiberglass layer, provides the ideal combination of stability, flex and riding comfort.

The JUCKER HAWAII logo is laser-engraved directly into the wood of the deck beneath the sandblasted, transparent griptape. This keeps the natural bamboo surface visible while also providing a secure grip.

Premium riding experience thanks to high-quality components

The wide 50° RKP all-round trucks provide stable yet agile handling. In combination with the soft 78A KAKU wheels, the MAKAHA glides smoothly and comfortably even over rougher asphalt.

As a special detail, the black wheels feature the JUCKER HAWAII Outer Wheel Print. Smooth-running ABEC-11 bearings provide the necessary smoothness and a relaxed riding experience when cruising and carving.

A piece of Hawaiian surf culture

The MAKAHA is named after the world-famous surf spot on the west coast of Oʻahu. The artistic Polynesian Tiki design on the underside of the bamboo deck represents the original spirit of Hawaiian surf and board sports culture.
