Returns

In the event your ordered item does not meet your expectation or you have changed your mind, please let us know by phone, fax or e-mail before returning the item.

Please return the goods not back to us unfree. Please present the return of the following documents:

  • The goods
  • The invoice (or a copy)
  • The delivery note (or a copy)

By appointment we will send you a return slip. Using this, you can place the return of the goods in the next package Store.

Transportation damages

Despite all care, we can’t exclude the possibility of damages caused by the shipping carrier.

Please Note: All discrepancies concerning damages caused by transportation must be exclaimed immediately at receipt (Delivery Driver).
