This beautiful material is perfect for training with the Balance Board and also for fascia massages and yoga exercises due to its non-slip properties. This makes the Nature Tube very versatile in its areas of application.

The fascia massage increases the blood flow in disturbed areas that are weakened by lack of movement and regenerates the connective tissue there. A simple method to counteract tensionin the neck and back area.
